Why is my discount code not working?

There could be different reasons why your discount code isn't working. 

Please make sure that:

• The discount code applies to all the items in your bag – not all items are eligible for discount codes.  Many discount codes are only valid for watches but not for the complete assortment.
  
  
• This is your 1st order. Some discount codes are only valid for the 1st order.
  
  
• The validity of the promotion or discount code has not expired. 
  
  
• You are at the right store. If you are from UK it is only possible to use the code in the UK store.
