You have placed an order but still haven't received an email confirmation?
Don't worry - that doesn't mean we haven't received an order from you. This could be due to several factors. Therefore, please make sure that the following points are true:
- Have you entered the correct e-mail address? If this is not the case, we can simply change your e-mail address and send you the order confirmation again.
- Is the email in the Spam/Junk Mail folder? Sometimes the order confirmations will slip into the Spam/Junk Mail folder. So please check again here.
- Do you have an Arcor mailbox? If you have an Arcor mailbox, a transmission problem with the provider could be the reason why you have not yet received an order confirmation.
