The following may affect the amount you have been refunded:
- The wrong packaging was inadvertently applied during packing.
There is a code on each protective cover of our products which is booked with a return. Please check the article you kept to see if it is the correct article number. If necessary, you can send pictures to our customer service team as proof.
- Any discounts that were applied at the time of sale may not now be applicable. This will then affect the amount you have been refunded.
Unfortunately, we may also make minor mistakes when processing returns. That is not the rule and we really thank you for understanding.
