You've received a gift, but you do not like it?
What you don't like can't just be exchanged ... with Paul Valentine it can! :)
It's an unpleasant topic, but unfortunately it happens sometimes. You receive a gift from a loved one, but it doesn't suit your taste or style at all.
No problem - with us you can exchange your gift. There are only two conditions:
1. The product must be in a new and perfect condition.
2. You know the order number & the zip code of the delivery address or the email address of the person who placed the order.
If only the latter is not met, you can fill out our contact form. In this case, the person who gave you this gift will be informed, because otherwise it's not feasible for data protection reasons. You will receive further information from our Customer Happiness Team.
If you meet all the conditions, proceed as follows.
This is how you exchange your gift:
1. Go to the returns portal, click 👉here👈
2. Click on "Return or exchange a gift? Start here"
3. Enter the order number, as well as the zip code or email address of the order
4. Enter your contact information, as well as your address
5. Choose the item you want to exchange
6. Specify the reason of return
7. Choose between exchange or store credit
8. Send your package back to us with the return label we send you by e-mail
That's it - we will take care of the rest. :)
